PPG Industries in Gainesville, TX is hiring a Maintenance Technician for the night shift from 10:00 p.m. to 6:30 a.m., Monday through Friday. You will maintain equipment and ensure reliable production to meet customer needs.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting, testing, repairing machines, performing preventive maintenance, and ordering replacement parts to keep operations running smoothly.

Formación

• Must be able to lift 50lb on a consistent basis.
• Must be able to work overtime as necessary.
• 1 to 5 years’ experience preferred.
• Basic electrical experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.

• Evaluates and recommends equipment improvements to improve availability, capability and yield. Performs equipment failure analysis (including preventive and unscheduled maintenance).
• Troubleshoots and diagnoses equipment problems. Prepare technical reports to document equipment modifications and equipment maintenance procedures.

Maintenance Technician
