Job summary

Beloit Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a hands-on, highly motivated Skilled Nursing- Maintenance Technician to join our team in Beloit, WI. In this leadership role, you will ensure the facility remains safe, functional, and compliant with regulatory standards in a long-term care setting.

Key responsibilities include overseeing repairs, coordinating with department heads for admissions/discharges, maintaining OSHA and Life Safety compliance, managing inventory and budgets, and

Qualifications

• Prior experience in maintenance within healthcare or long-term care strongly preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of life safety codes and regulatory compliance.
• Strong organizational, communication, and team management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, resident-centered environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical training or certifications a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee building repairs, preventative maintenance, and scheduled maintenance programs.
• Collaborate with department heads to prepare rooms for resident admissions and discharges.
