Job summary

Jobandtalent is seeking a Maintenance Technician - CNC in Shelby Twp to maintain, repair and troubleshoot CNC machinery for safe, efficient production.

You will inspect, clean, lubricate, and adjust machines; diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues; and schedule preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.

The role requires owning tools, reading blueprints, and adhering to LOTO and safety protocols; experience with FANUC/Siemens interfaces or PLCs is desirable.

Qualifications

• Must have CNC maintenance experience.
• Must have own tools.
• Must have experience repairing lathes, mills, and other workplace equipment.
• Must have strong troubleshooting skills (mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic).
• Must have blueprint and schematic reading ability.
• Must have preventive maintenance experience.
• Must have knowledge of LOTO and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, clean, lubricate, and adjust CNC machines to maintain peak performance.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues.
• Schedule and perform routine preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts usage, and maintenance schedules.
• Support the maintenance of auxiliary equipment, including forklifts and overhead cranes.

Maintenance Technician - CNC - Shelby Twp

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Maintenance Technician - CNC to work with a leading manufacturing company in Shelby Twp. This role is essential for supporting CNC operations by maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting machinery to ensure safe and efficient production.

Shift patterns

• 1st shift: 7am to 3:30pm Monday-Friday (May have some light OT during the week or Saturday)

Pay rates

• 25.00 - 33.00 USD hourly

Essential requirements for Maintenance Technician - CNC

• Must have CNC maintenance experience
