As a Maintainance Supervisor, you will be part of the Tennessee Operations supporting electrical and mechanical craft teams. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, technical troubleshooting expertise, and a proactive approach to maintenance challenges, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Maintainance Supervisor
Location: Alcoa, TN
Pay Range: $32-$35
Shift: 12-hour shifts on a 2/3/3/2 pattern, with day and night shift assignments. Must be able to work either based on business needs, including every other weekend work.
Supervise electrical craft, mechanical craft, and production employees within the department, providing maintenance guidance and support.
Deliver technical maintenance support for assigned areas, ensuring equipment reliability and safety.
Coordinate repairs and maintenance activities to minimize equipment downtime and optimize operational efficiency.
Follow up on equipment issues, develop technical troubleshooting solutions, and implement corrective actions.
Engage in continuous improvement initiatives, leading process enhancements and safety protocols in collaboration with craft employees.
Hands-on electrical and mechanical troubleshooting and repair experience within an industrial environment.
Supervisory experience leading craft teams or small groups of production employees.
Knowledge of hydraulics and PLC troubleshooting is strongly desired.
Ability to work flexible day or night shifts, including weekends, based on operational needs.
Proficiency in Microsoft and Oracle software applications.
