Chapman Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram Scottsdale is seeking experienced Mainline Automotive Technicians to diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicles in a modern, air-conditioned shop. You will collaborate with fellow technicians and Service Advisors and report to the Service Director to ensure high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Formación

• Must have or be willing to obtain Stellantis/Chrysler training.
• ASE and manufacturer certifications preferred.
• Proficiency in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicle drivability systems.
• Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
• Must be willing to complete a pre-employment drug screening and background check.

Responsabilidades

• Test, diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle systems, including engines, transmissions, electrical systems, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning.
• Identify additional services needed and communicate recommendations to Service Advisors.
• Provide accurate labor, time, and parts estimates for recommended repairs.
• Complete all work specified on repair orders in accordance with dealership processes.
• Perform warranty repairs according to manufacturer specifications.
• Conduct quality control inspections to ensure all repairs are completed accurately and thoroughly.
