Job summary

Chapman Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram Scottsdale is seeking experienced Mainline Automotive Technicians to diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicles in a state‑of‑the‑art, air‑conditioned shop. You will collaborate with fellow technicians and Service Advisors and report directly to the Service Director to ensure high‑quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

This role offers opportunities for ongoing professional development, a Monday‑Saturday 7am–6pm schedule, and competitive pay with benefits.

Qualifications

• Stellantis/Chrysler training preferred.
• ASE and manufacturer certifications preferred.
• Proficiency in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicle drivability systems.
• Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
• Must be willing to complete a pre-employment drug screening and background check.

Responsibilities

• Test, diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle systems, including engines, transmissions, electrical systems, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning.
• Identify additional services needed and communicate recommendations to Service Advisors.
• Provide accurate labor, time, and parts estimates for recommended repairs.
• Complete all work specified on repair orders in accordance with dealership processes.
• Perform warranty repairs according to manufacturer specifications.
• Conduct quality control inspections to ensure all repairs are completed accurately and thoroughly.
