Job summary

Motion Recruitment is seeking a Mainframe z/OS System Programmer to join its infrastructure team in Phoenix, AZ. This full-time hybrid role requires onsite attendance three days per week and exposes you to IBM z/OS, RACF, JES2/JES3, REXX, NetView, DB2, CICS, IMS, MQ, and related platforms.

You will maintain and optimize z/OS environments, implement upgrades, monitor health, and contribute to automation, security, and performance improvements within a large enterprise setting.

Qualifications

• IBM z/OS administration experience.
• Knowledge of JES2/JES3.
• Experience with TSO/E, ISPF, and USS.
• Root cause analysis and production troubleshooting experience.
• Automation experience with REXX, CLIST, NetView, or SA z/OS.

This is a full-time hybrid position requiring onsite attendance three days per week. The environment includes IBM z/OS, RACF, JES2/JES3, REXX, NetView, DB2, CICS, IMS, MQ, and enterprise scheduling and automation platforms.
