Qualifications
A four-year degree in a relevant field is required.
Experience with mainframe utilities such as TSO, ISPF, and SCLM is preferred.
Experience with PMSC’s Policy Management System (PMS) is desirable.
Responsibilities
Interview users to identify existing system issues and gather requirements.
Analyse and design enhancements to existing systems.
Develop clear, concise programme specifications for implementation by junior programmers.
Provide guidance and support to other programmers and analysts.
