Qualifications

• A four-year degree in a relevant field is required.
• Experience with mainframe utilities such as TSO, ISPF, and SCLM is preferred.
• Experience with PMSC’s Policy Management System (PMS) is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Interview users to identify existing system issues and gather requirements.
• Analyse and design enhancements to existing systems.
• Develop clear, concise programme specifications for implementation by junior programmers.
• Provide guidance and support to other programmers and analysts.
