Job summary

A global management consulting firm seeks a candidate to review and modify programming systems. Responsibilities include analyzing, testing, and documenting programs, requiring creativity and luck in planning and achieving goals. The ideal applicant should have an Associate's degree or equivalent experience and expertise in COBOL, CICS, VSAM, DB2, TSO, and JCL. Familiar knowledge of Macrosope Methodology is a plus. Qualifications

• Performs a variety of tasks. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.
• Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in a related area or at least 2 years of equivalent experience in the field or a related area.
• Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
• Expertise and working knowledge in each of the following: COBOL, CICS, VSAM, DB2, TSO and JCL.
• Knowledge of Macrosope Methodology to document testing and implementation would be helpful, but is not a mandatory requirement.
