Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain high-speed printers and related equipment in a mainframe data center.
• Execute job scheduling, monitoring, and troubleshooting in TSO/ISPF.
• Submit and track jobs with JCL; manage report distribution to end-users.
• Coordinate with printers maintenance contractors during malfunctions.
• Provide on-site administrative support and ensure timely print job delivery.
