Job summary

TalentOla is seeking a Senior Mainframe Modernization Architect to lead the transformation of complex legacy portfolios. The role focuses on identifying patterns in mainframe apps, sizing and health assessments, and designing roadmaps to move to target-state architectures, including cloud modernization strategies.

You will work with cross-functional teams to define patterns, conduct APR/TIME analyses, and drive the end-to-end modernization journey from assessment through wave-based deployments.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in mainframe architecture and identifying patterns/components.
• Proven ability to size applications and assess complexity and overall health.
• Skilled in APR/TIME analysis and R-lane disposition methodology.
• Experience with target-state architecture and wave-based roadmaps for legacy-to-cloud modernization.

Responsibilities

• Drive application segregation, pattern identification, and complexity/health assessment.
• Define APR/TIME analysis and R-lane disposition for each application.
• Own the end-to-end modernization roadmap and wave-based transformation plan.
