The role demands expertise in PL/1, COBOL, CICS, IMS/DB2, JCL and proven ability to design target-state architectures and wave-based transformations to cloud-native environments.

• Owns the end-to-end modernization roadmap and wave-based transformation plan.

• Proven expertise in application sizing, complexity scoring, and business/technical health assessment for large mainframe portfolios.
