Job summary
Syncreon Consulting is seeking an experienced mainframe developer to join our financial services team. The role requires 7+ years of mainframe development with expertise in COBOL, JCL, DB2, VSAM, and CICS.

- Strong understanding of batch processing, online transaction processing, file-based data flows, and EBCDIC data handling.
- Experience with production support and incident resolution.
- Experience with CI/CD practices and source control tools such as Endevor, GitLab, or similar SCM platforms.
- Experience working within large-scale enterprise environments.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Bachelor's degree required.
