Job summary

Pozent Corporation is seeking a seasoned Mainframe Developer in Alpharetta, GA to join a contract engagement. You will contribute to developing, maintaining, and supporting enterprise mainframe applications, with strong focus on COBOL, DB2, JCL, and batch/online processing.

You will work with ISPF, SDSF, Endevor/Changeman, and other mainframe utilities, perform performance tuning and incident management, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a production-support environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on experience with COBOL, DB2, and JCL.
• Strong working knowledge of mainframe tools such as Changeman and File Manager.
• Experience with performance tuning and query optimization.
• Good understanding of batch and online processing in a mainframe environment.
