Talent Groups seeks an experienced Enterprise COBOL / NaturalOne Developer to support mainframe environments and critical financial systems. You will work with z/OS, JCL, Natural, and Adabas to analyze legacy applications and enhance batch and online processes in a regulated setting.
Ideal candidates have 5+ years in COBOL/NaturalOne, 3+ years in JCL, and strong experience with Adabas/VSAM and financial systems.

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise COBOL / NaturalOne Developer with strong hands‑on expertise in mainframe development, z/OS, JCL, Natural, and Adabas. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting and enhancing enterprise financial and accounting systems, analyzing complex legacy applications, and maintaining mission‑critical batch and online processes in a regulated environment.
- 5+ years of hands‑on experience in Enterprise COBOL development in a z/OS mainframe environment.
- 5+ years of experience with NaturalOne (Software AG) development environment.
- 3+ years of experience in JCL development, debugging, and production support.
- 3+ years of experience with financial or accounting systems, including double‑entry posting, balance and accrual maintenance, value dating, reconciliation, and month‑end close processes.
- 3+ years of hands‑on experience working with Adabas and VSAM databases and file systems.
- 3+ years of experience analyzing legacy applications and tracing undocumented business logic through copybooks, program call chains, and job streams.
