Qualifications

• Experience in mainframe development or administration (IBM z/OS preferred).
• Proficiency in COBOL, JCL, VSAM, and related mainframe tech.
• Experience with CICS, DB2, or IMS is a strong asset.
• Solid understanding of batch processing, job scheduling, and performance tuning.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
• Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
