We are seeking an experienced Senior Mainframe Automation Engineer to lead the migration and optimisation of enterprise mainframe automation solutions. This role focuses on transitioning from CA OPS/MVS to IBM Tivoli Systems Automation for z/OS and from CA Automation Point to IBM Systems Automation for Integrated Operations Management (SAIOM). You will play a critical role in improving operational efficiency, system availability and automation maturity within a complex z/OS environment. Working closely with the Automation and Operations teams you will design and implement policy‑based automation strategies that reduce manual effort and enhance system responsiveness. While this role does not directly impact application development it has significant influence on automation strategy and operational excellence.
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $74,041 – $148,082. Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial and local pay transparency laws.
