The Arc Otsego seeks a Site Coordinator for the Center for Self-Expression to oversee daily OPWDD-certified Day Habilitation operations, arts programming, and related gallery and studio activities. The Site Coordinator - Center for Self-Expression is responsible for the daily operation, supervision, quality oversight, and regulatory compliance of the Center for Self-Expression (CSE), an OPWDD-certified Day Habilitation program, and its affiliated community art spaces, Main View Gallery and Pottery & More. The Site Coordinator ensures person-centered services are delivered in accordance with OPWDD regulations, agency policies, individual plans, and the mission of The Arc Otsego. In addition to Day Habilitation operations, the position provides leadership for the effective operation, development, promotion, and community presence of Main View Gallery and Pottery & More, including arts programming, retail and studio operations, marketing, events, artist relationships, and business development activities.
Provides direct supervision to DSPs, instructors, and other assigned staff, including scheduling, training, performance management, timekeeping oversight, and ensuring staff maintain required qualifications and deliver services in accordance with agency and regulatory expectations.

·Bachelor's degree in human services, psychology, social work, rehabilitation counseling, special education, fine arts, arts administration, business, marketing, or related field preferred. An equivalent combination of education and experience that meets the requirements and needs of the program may be considered.
·Minimum of two years of experience working with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities preferred.
·Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
·Experience with arts programming, gallery or retail operations, marketing, event coordination, or community partnerships preferred.
Sound decision-making and judgment, interpersonal skills, planning and organizing, strategic thinking, time management, delegation, and the ability to work independently in multiple settings. Ability to interpret instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals; write reports and correspondence; and communicate effectively with employees, individuals, families, community partners, and groups.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals; compute rate, ratio, and percentage; and draw and interpret bar or line graphs.
Knowledge of internet software and Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Ability to become knowledgeable and trained in Therap for plan implementation, documentation, event reporting, and ongoing communication.
Valid New York State driver's license and acceptable driving record. Successful completion of agency-required SCIP-R, CPR/First Aid, Medication Administration Certification, and all other required training.

The salary for this exempt position starts at $63,000 annually.
