Groove Subaru is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Technician (Mainline Technician) to join our growing Service Department in Englewood, Colorado. You will diagnose and repair vehicles, perform comprehensive maintenance, and ensure high-quality workmanship while collaborating with advisors and fellow technicians.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive technician experience required.
• Subaru experience preferred but not required.
• ASE certifications are a plus.
• Own a complete set of professional tools.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns.
• Perform engine, transmission, suspension, steering, brake, and HVAC repairs.
• Complete manufacturer-recommended maintenance services.
• Perform accurate diagnostics using Subaru diagnostic equipment and repair procedures.
• Maintain detailed repair orders and documentation.
• Conduct multi-point vehicle inspections.
• Work efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
• Follow all safety procedures and dealership policies.
• Collaborate with Service Advisors and fellow technicians to provide an exceptional customer experience.
