Qualifications

• Graduate of a Surgical Technologist Program.
• Certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) current Certification as a Surgical Technologist by NBSTSA or NCCT.

• Supports unit operations as a scrub assistant in the OR.
• Demonstrates knowledge of aseptic technique and advanced surgical practices.
• Verifies supplies and equipment prior to procedures.
• Safely delivers patient care within budget and time constraints.
• Mentors staff and provides orientation and in-service training.
• Delivers compassionate, personalized care to every patient and colleague.
