You will work in a dynamic luxury kitchen, demonstrate energy and creativity, adapt to busy periods, and collaborate with colleagues across departments to deliver exceptional experiences for our guests.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients: portion, chop, wash, peel, and store produce.

• Monitor appliance temperatures and portion sizes for consistency.
• Fulfill special requests for dietary restrictions and occasions.
• Collaborate with hotel teams to ensure seamless operations.
