Qualifications

- One year cashier or banking experience preferred.
- Flexible with work schedule; may require extended hours.
- Must obtain and maintain Maryland Lottery and Gaming Control Agency license.
Responsibilities
- Service all cashiers and team member exchanges during shifts.
- Keep cash drawer balanced.
- Complete Currency Transaction Reports, W2G tax forms, and logs.
- Maintain accurate records of duties and responsibilities.
- Answer customer questions courteously and professionally.
- Verify and document IDs for checks, cash advances, and slot transactions.
- Make exchanges with Main bank, Marker bank, and Chip bank.
- Cash out customers and give correct change.
- Familiarize yourself with casino credit application process.
- Clean and wash chips.

- Servicing all cashiers and team member exchanges throughout the shift.
- Keeping cash drawer balanced and impressed.
- Completing Currency Transaction Reports, W2G tax forms and multiple transactions logs.
- Accurate record-keeping in all aspects of duties and responsibilities.
- Answering customer questions in a courteous and professional manner.
- Verifying and documenting personal ID information for checks, cash advances, and slot marker transactions.
- Making exchanges with Main bank, Marker bank, and Chip bank.
- Responsible for cashing out customers, giving correct change.

- Knowledge in all service areas, front window, marker bank, Chip Bank and main vault.
- Ability to perform assigned job duties under frequent time pressures in an interruptive environment.
- Flexible work schedule.
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent.
- One (1) year cashier or banking experience preferred.
- Willingness and ability to be flexible with work schedule. May require extended hours and work week from time to time.
- Swing Shift staggered start times between 01:00PM - 06:00PM
- Grave Shift staggered start times between 08:00PM - 12:00AM
- Must be able to obtain and maintain the necessary license as mandated by the Maryland Lottery and Gaming Control Agency.
- Ability to:
- Work at a fast pace in stressful situations.
- Stand for entire shift.
- Lift, push, or pull up to 50lbs.
- Stoop, bend, and squat.
- Must be able to work in a location with loud noise and visual distractions.
- 24/7 high energy casino with over 300,000 sq. ft of gaming and entertainment space and approximately 3000 employees.
- Exposed to alcohol, cigarette and cigar smoke, bright lights, and loud noises.
- You will work in an environment where smoking is allowed.
Please note that this is a union position, and individuals in this role may be required to pay applicable union dues and fees.
