Responsibilities

• Manages and monitors inventory levels and balance the kiosks for a specific shift
• Receives checks and completes deposits manually or electronically to outside banking institution
• Executes requirements for verification and transfer of drops from the soft count room
• Receives and processes unclaimed jackpots in accordance with ICT, State and Federal requirements
• Runs reports and verification information for patron credit line requests in accordance with directive of HCPN Credit Committee and PGCB regulations.
• Receives and accounts for all inventory items
• Reviews inventory items received for accuracy and completeness
• Communicates status of fluctuating cash levels to appropriate management
• Functions as the marker banker. Maintains original and redemption copies to counter checks.
• Functions as a Player Services Cage Cashier as necessary; however, may not function as both a Main Bank Cashier and a Player Services Cage Cashier within the single gaming day.

• High School Diploma/GED; prior banking experience preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must have the ability to perform basic math skills and work with mathematical concepts.
• Must have intermediate computer knowledge; proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to promptly and accurately follow instructions given by Supervisor or Manager.
• Must qualify for a license with the Pennsylvania State Racing Commission and meet any credentialing requirements of the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board.
