The role emphasizes organization, keen attention to detail, and strong communication with vendors and office staff. This is a first-shift position with potential backup driving duties in the local area.

Qualifications

• Prior corporate/office mail room or USPS experience preferred.
• Familiarity with mail room equipment (postage machines, scanners, etc.).
• Strong customer service skills to support onsite customers.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Inbound mail and package sorting.
• Processing outbound mail and packages.
• Signing for incoming packages.
• Delivering mail and packages within the office building to customers.
• Assisting in various duties as assigned.
• This position could occasionally act as a backup driver to deliver mail to other locations.
