Job summary

BrightKey in Hershey, PA is seeking an experienced Mail Clerk to join our office mailroom team. You will sort, screen, and deliver mail and packages within the building, supporting onsite customers with friendly, reliable service.

This role requires organization, attention to detail, and basic data entry skills. A valid driver’s license and ability to lift up to 75 lbs are needed; occasional backup driving may occur.

Qualifications

• Experience in a corporate/office mail room or USPS is strongly preferred
• Familiarity with mail room equipment (postage machines, scanners, etc.)
• Good customer service skills required to support onsite customers
• Strong organizational skills and experience
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Professional communication and ability to work with vendors
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift boxes/packages up to 75 lbs

Responsibilities

• Inbound mail and package sorting
• Processing outbound mail and packages
• Signing for incoming packages
• Delivering mail and packages within the office building to customers
• Assisting in various duties as assigned
• Occasionally acting as backup driver to deliver mail to other locations with a company vehicle
