Job summary

PSECU is seeking a Mailroom MSR in Harrisburg, PA. The role supports mail handling, inbound/outbound processing, and daily courier runs across Elmerton Office and Harrisburg branches. It is a full-time, onsite position with a 6:30am–2:30pm schedule, Monday through Friday.

Qualified candidates have a High School diploma or equivalent, possess auto insurance, and hold a PA driver's license to operate a Privately Owned Vehicle for duties.

Qualifications

• Mailroom MSR requires basic mail handling and courier duties.
• Ability to operate mail processing tasks and tracking systems.
• Experience with daily mail manifests and package fulfillment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sort and deliver incoming USPS mail to internal PSECU units.
• Operate equipment for outbound mail for pickup by vendors.
• Scan and update electronic tracking for courier items.
• Complete daily processing manifests for mail vendors.
• Assist with daily non-automation letters and brochures requests.
• Perform daily courier duties using company van or personal vehicle.

Role involves sorting incoming USPS mail, ensuring timely delivery to various business units, processing outbound items for vendor pick-up, and conducting daily courier runs throughout the Elmerton Office and Harrisburg area branches. Schedule: Monday thru Friday 6:30am to 2:30pm, with a 100% onsite expectation.In this position, you will* Mail Handling: Sort and deliver incoming USPS mail to internal PSECU business units.* Automated Processing: Operate equipment to process outbound items for pickup by PSECU mail vendors.* Tracking: Scan and update electronic tracking for pieces received from various couriers (USPS, FEDEX, UPS) to PSECU business units.* Manifest Management: Complete daily processing manifests for items submitted to PSECU mail vendors.* Packet Fulfillment: Assists with daily non-automation compatible Letters and Brochures requests.* Performs courier duties: Completes daily courier duties utilizing company van or personal vehicle, if necessary.
