Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of related experience in customer service, operations, or training.
• Proficient with MS Word, MS Excel, MS Project and MS Outlook.
• Experience in a high-volume fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assists in receipt and delivery functions for agency mail and equipment.
• Sorts and organizes mail and equipment for daily pickup and delivery.
• Weighs parcels to determine postage and arranges outgoing mail.
• Checks addresses for legibility and redirects misaddressed items.
• Maintains delivery schedules and coordinates with end users.
