Qualifications

• Reading and writing skills.
• Prior print shop and/or mail house experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Ability to work well with co-workers in a team environment.
• Ability to operate a computer-based insert matching system.
• General knowledge of US postal regulations.
• Mechanical aptitude to set up and operate printers, inserters, postage meters, and tray banding equipment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality products by inspecting and following work tickets and instructions.
• Ensure efficient processes by meeting standards and collaborating with the team.
• Engage in continuous improvement and safety through policies, CAPA and standard work.
• Stay current with industry trends and U.S. Postal regulation requirements.
• Track and log items and repairs; assist with maintenance and equipment decisions.
