Primary Staffing Inc. is hiring Mail Sorting / Production Associates to support printing, mailing, sorting, and packaging operations in Wheeling, IL.

This position involves sorting mail, preparing envelopes, feeding production machines, inspecting finished materials, and packaging orders for shipment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable performing hands-on production tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Sort and organize mail by ZIP code and destination.
• Apply postage and prepare mail for distribution.
• Assist with inkjet addressing and barcodes on materials.
• Feed envelopes and papers into production machines.
• Insert contents into envelopes and apply labels as needed.
• Inspect mail for accuracy and quality before packaging.
• Pack and prepare finished products for shipment.
