Job summary

PeopleShare by PROMAN is hiring Mail Sorters / Warehouse Associates in Aurora, IL. Earn $17.50–$20.50 per hour with weekly pay. Three shifts available (6am–2pm, 2pm–10pm, 10pm–6am).

Peak season hours and overtime opportunities. Join a fast-paced, team-oriented mail processing facility and start immediately. Responsibilities include sorting mail by zip code, scanning labels, repairing or reprocessing damaged mail, loading/unloading, preparing shipments, and maintaining safety and production

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, production, mail sort, or manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work overtime when needed.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Sort mail, letters, and small packages by zip code, destination, and carrier route.
• Scan and inspect mail for proper labels, barcodes, and postage.
• Identify damaged or unreadable mail pieces for reprocessing.
• Load and unload trays, bins, and containers of mail.
• Prepare mail trays, bundles, and packages for shipment.
• Monitor automated sorting equipment and clear basic jams when needed.
• Move materials throughout the facility.
• Maintain production goals and quality standards.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Assist with other warehouse and production duties as assigned.
