Job summary

Rentokil North America is seeking a Mail Room Clerk to support the Facilities Supervisor with mailing operations and internal distribution. You will handle inbound, outbound, and interoffice mail, using both manual and automated methods.

Responsibilities include sorting inbound mail and time-sensitive packages, scanning items into the database, collecting outbound materials from business units, processing First Class and express shipments, and scanning invoices into databases.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) - required.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed, but routine, written or verbal instructions.
• Detail oriented with good organizational skills.
• Dependable and adaptable to operate within a fast-paced work environment.
• Ability to prioritize scheduled tasks according to timeline commitments.
• Must pass pre-employment background screen.

What do our Mail Room Clerk do?

The Mail Room Clerk will support the Facilities Supervisor for mailing operations and internal distribution processes.

Handles incoming, outgoing and interoffice mail, using both manual and automated methods.
