Job summary

Thisiscny is seeking a dedicated Mail Room Assistant to support the Supply Chain Team at SUNY Upstate Medical University in Syracuse. The role focuses on handling mail for patient care, the Upstate Foundation, and academic research across over 25 locations in the Onondaga County area.

Responsibilities include sorting mail, delivering items within the hospital network, processing certified mail, and maintaining high levels of customer service. NYS Driver’s License is required.

Qualifications

• Must have NYS Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Sort incoming and interdepartmental mail using the mail sorting machine
• Deliver mail and small packages within the hospitals and to 25+ locations throughout Onondaga Count
• Expertly process certified, express and special mailings
• Provide outstanding customer service
