Job description

The teller serves as a versatile frontline team member responsible for processing all incoming mail transactions as well as financial transactions in our drive-up areas as needed. A teller is essential in building strong member relationships, ensuring accuracy and compliance, and supporting the credit union's commitment to service excellence and operational efficiency. This position will assist in fulfilling the mission of the credit union and will maintain a strong member service chain in order to create and maintain loyalty with both internal and external members and vendors. UICCU employees are responsible for supporting our Do More Good philosophy, promoting the core values of our organization, and fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.Essential Functions & Responsibilities:Consistently identify the needs of members and recommend appropriate credit union solutions in order to meet and exceed production goals and help achieve organizational goals.Consistently provide outstanding service focusing on member service and member loyalty skills.Process incoming mail transactions.
