RPh on the Go in Indianapolis is seeking a shipping-focused professional to support high-volume operations in a mail order/pharmacy environment. This contract-to-hire role begins with a 26-week assignment with the potential to convert to direct hire afterward.

Responsibilities include managing shipping/receiving, coordinating with carriers (FedEx, UPS, DHL), and ensuring accurate, timely processing of packages while collaborating across warehouse and pharmacy teams to maintain smooth logistics.

Qualifications

• Experience shipping in warehouse environments, preferably in pharmaceutical settings.
• Familiarity with high-volume retail or mail order shipping processes.
• Ability to navigate shipping documentation and carrier requirements.
• No pharmacy technician license required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Specialty Pharmacy and Mail Order setting requiring strict adherence to shipping protocols.
• Fast-paced, detail-oriented, team-focused workplace.
