Responsibilities include operating mailing equipment, ensuring accuracy of mailings, and coordinating with other departments to meet deadlines. The role requires experience with automated inserting machines, knowledge of USPS regulations, and strong clerical skills.

Qualifications

• Significant experience operating a large automated inserting machine.
• Eligibility to become Notary Public.
• Knowledge of automated mail sorting and inserting processes.
• Knowledge of USPS regulations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Advanced clerical, technical or administrative skills.
• Ability to analyze and organize problems or work processes.

Responsibilities

• Operate sorting and inserting equipment.
• Configure equipment per envelope size and inserts.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Log and process outgoing mail and related reports.
• Provide customer service throughout print operations.
• Coordinate with business units on mail specifications, delivery schedules and vendor services.
• Support USPS compliance verification and overall mail operation quality.
