Job summary

CenterWell Pharmacy is seeking a Mail Operations Pharmacy Technician 1 to accurately fill and count medications and support inventory needs. This role operates Sunday through Thursday, 5:30 PM to 2:00 AM, onsite at Park75 Union Center in West Chester Twp, OH 45069, with a $1,500 sign-on bonus.

Job Description Summary

The Mail Operations Pharmacy Technician 1 accurately fills and counts medications. The Mail Operations Pharmacy Technician 1 performs varied activities and moderately complex administrative, operational, and customer support assignments.

The Mail Operations Pharmacy Technician 1 ensures inventory levels are adequate for dispensing by working with inventory supply team. Decisions are typically focused on interpretation of area/department policy and methods for completing assignments. This role works within defined parameters to identify work expectations and quality standards, but has some latitude over prioritization/timing, and works under minimal direction.

$1,500 Sign-On Bonus ($750 upon hire and a second $750 payment after completing 6 months (180 days) of employment)

Work Hours: Sunday-Thursday 5:30PM-2:00AM. Overtime based on business needs.

Required Qualifications

• Must have an active pharmacy technician license with the Board of Pharmacy in Ohio

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting.
