Job summary

Qualifications

• Motivated and organized self-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Inquisitive, agile and strong team player with excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Basic level proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Sort inter-office mail to proper recipient and/or department.
• Transport inbound and outbound mail volume up to 50 lbs. using a mail cart within the building.
• Maintain accountability of tracked mail pieces by scanning and obtaining signatures upon delivery.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
