Job summary

Snelling Staffing DFW is hiring for a Mail Hand Insert Specialist in Fort Worth, TX. The role offers a night shift (10PM–6AM) with an hourly pay of $18.00 per hour.

Responsibilities include inspecting, counting and packing orders, maintaining safety, and collaborating with team members. Minimum qualifications require a high school diploma or equivalent, reliable attendance, basic math and PC skills (Word/Excel, inventory systems).

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent combination of experience, education and/or training.
• Regular and reliable attendance is required.
• Achieve and maintain quality and/or production standards.
• Follow all processes, regulations, safety procedures in the performance of job duties.
• Comply with Company Policies.
• Perform tasks to meet deadlines
• Good verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Basic PC skills to include email, Microsoft Word, Excel and inventory programs
• Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, percentages and decimals.
• Knowledge of or ability to learn computerized shipping system and data entry.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instruction.
• Ability to work independently to complete tasks
• Demonstrated record of good attendance and punctuality.
• Must be able to work over time when required
