Job summary

Moore is seeking a Warehouse Associate – Acknowledgements to support outgoing mail processing, order fulfillment, and daily warehouse operations. You will operate production equipment, manage inventory, and help ensure accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Two years of warehouse experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Understanding of warehouse procedures or the ability to quickly learn company products and processes.
• Dependable with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks including bending, kneeling, climbing, pushing, and pulling.
• Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machines used to process outgoing mail.
• Pick, pack, and prepare client materials for fulfillment.
• Sort mail through tray breakdown processes.
• Verify mail is printed on the correct client-specified letterhead and materials.
• Monitor print quality and ensure finished products meet quality standards.
• Assist with warehouse inventory, storage, and shipment of finished products.
• Move products throughout the warehouse according to daily production and shipping plans.
• Repack or restack pallets of finished products as needed.
• Complete assigned production forms and reports accurately.
• Perform routine equipment checks to ensure machines are operating properly.
• Participate in onboarding, cross-training, and ongoing development opportunities.
• Communicate effectively with leadership regarding questions, concerns, and production issues.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Support departmental production goals while maintaining efficiency and accuracy.
• Maintain consistent attendance and availability according to scheduled work times.
• Work overtime, including Saturdays, during periods of increased mail volume.
• Navigate between departments (100–600 ft) approximately 95% of the time.
• Remain on the production floor until scheduled break times.
• Lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
