Job summary

Moore is seeking a Warehouse Associate - Acknowledgements in Topeka, KS to help prepare outgoing mail, fulfill orders, and support daily warehouse operations. You will operate production equipment, verify correct materials, and move products through the facility as part of a fast-paced production team.

The role requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work with a team to meet daily production goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Two years of warehouse experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machines used to process outgoing mail.
• Pick, pack, and prepare client materials for fulfillment.
• Sort mail through tray breakdown processes.
• Verify mail is printed on the correct client-specified letterhead and materials.
• Monitor print quality and ensure finished products meet quality standards.
• Assist with warehouse inventory, storage, and shipment of finished products.
• Move products throughout the warehouse according to daily production and shipping plans.
• Repack or restack pallets of finished products as needed.
• Complete assigned production forms and reports accurately.
• Perform routine equipment checks to ensure machines are operating properly.
• Participate in onboarding, cross-training, and ongoing development opportunities.
• Communicate effectively with leadership regarding questions, concerns, and production issues.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Support departmental production goals while maintaining efficiency and accuracy.
• Maintain consistent attendance and availability according to scheduled work times.
• Work overtime, including Saturdays, during periods of increased mail volume.
• Navigate between departments (100-600 ft) approximately 95% of the time.
• Remain on the production floor until scheduled break times.
• Lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
