Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Print Production Specialist to support Frisco ISD campuses with printed materials and signage. The role covers production scheduling, quality control, packaging, and on-site delivery to various departments.

Ideal candidates will have experience with print and design software, knowledge of substrates, and strong communication, organization, and time-management skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Some college coursework preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
• Knowledge of printing, paper stocks, signage substrates, and production materials.
• Experience with print and design software.
• Working knowledge of print layout, design principles, and production workflows.
• Familiarity with Frisco ISD campuses, departments, and locations.
• Strong communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Produce printed materials and signage in accordance with established weekly production schedules.
• Conduct pre-production and post-production quality control assessments to ensure accuracy.
• Package and deliver completed orders to campuses and departments on an established route when needed.
• Assist with maintaining and updating the inventory of print and sign production materials.
• Maintain the cleanliness and operational readiness of equipment and work areas.
• Demonstrate a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
• Perform duties independently with minimal supervision.
• Exhibit professional, dependable, and responsible conduct as a district representative.
• Foster positive working relationships through effective, respectful communication.
• Must follow OSHA guidelines for safe handling of chemicals, materials, and equipment.
