Job summary

Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota is seeking a detail-oriented mailroom associate for our Eagan campus. You will sort and distribute mail and packages, process outgoing mail, and maintain accurate tracking using our Arrival system.

This onsite role supports multiple departments and requires physical stamina for lifting and long periods of standing. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of related work experience and a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of related work experience.
• High school diploma (or equivalent).
• Must be able to bend, twist and lift up to 40 lbs; push/pull up to 500 lbs with a dolly.
• Repetitive motion required; standing/walking for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Sort and distribute mail and packages at the Eagan campus, including international shipments.
• Process outgoing mail and packages; scan incoming items into Arrival tracking system.
• Create shipping labels; assist departments with shipping requests and issues.
• Meters mail per presort process and maintain records.
• Assist with additional ISC tasks and special projects as needed.
