Job description

Now Hiring - USPS CDS Rural Mail Carrier

TNStumpff Enterprises, LLC, the nation’s leader in Contract Delivery Service for the United States Postal Service, with offices in 20 states, is currently seeking applicants to deliver mail on a CDS mail route solicited and posted by the USPS in the Goldthwaite, TX area.

Applicants must be at least 18 years of age with a valid Texas driver’s license; able to lift 70 lbs., work in all weather conditions, and reside in the area.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

1. Sorting mail in delivery sequence for 137 active boxes
2. Loading mail and parcels into the delivery vehicle in delivery sequence
3. Delivering mail along an assigned 98.6-mile route
4. Dismounting if required to deliver parcels, Express mail, and other accountable mail items
5. Performing administrative duties as needed

Minimum Vehicle and Insurance Requirements:

• Furnish a vehicle that meets postal regulations and driving requirements
• Dependable vehicle providing 120 cubic feet of usable load space (e.g., Mini-Van, SUV, Truck with Camper Shell)
• Liability insurance coverage of at least $100,000/$500,000/$100,000 or $600,000 (CSL) for the contract vehicle
• You are responsible for vehicle maintenance, fuel, and insurance costs

Employment begins: ASAP

Hours: Day Shift - 8:30 am – 1:20 pm (start and end times may vary)

Pay: $26.77/hour PLUS vehicle reimbursement. Benefits include health & welfare, holiday pay, and vehicle reimbursement, paid hourly as cash equivalents up to 40 hours/week, exceeding Department of Labor standards.
