Responsibilities:
• Perform thorough cleaning of assigned guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing all surfaces.
• Change bed linens and towels, making beds to the highest standards of presentation.
• Replenish guest amenities and supplies, ensuring all items are well-stocked and neatly organized.
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including fixtures, tiles, and mirrors.
• Attend to guest requests for additional items such as pillows, blankets, and toiletries.
• Report any maintenance issues or damage observed in guest rooms to the appropriate department.
• Adhere to established hotel procedures for handling and disposing of lost and found items.
• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with guests.
• Follow all safety protocols and use appropriate cleaning agents to ensure a hygienic environment.
• Collaborate with the housekeeping team to achieve efficient and effective cleaning routines.
• Assist with laundry duties as needed.
Qualifications:
• Prior experience in housekeeping or cleaning roles is preferred but not mandatory.
• Basic understanding of cleaning techniques and equipment usage.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
• Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Excellent time management skills to complete tasks within designated timeframes.
