The Magnolia Trails Director is the Memory Care Director at The Renley at Woodholme Gardens in Pikesville, MD, overseeing a Memory Care neighborhood within a premier senior living community.

Leading a compassionate team, you will design engaging resident programming, partner with families, and drive person-centered care to enhance quality of life for residents living with dementia.

Qualifications

• Experience in senior living, memory care, dementia care, healthcare, or a related field preferred.
• Leadership experience managing or supervising team members preferred.
• CPR and First Aid Certification (or ability to obtain upon hire)
• College coursework required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills
• Passion for serving seniors and supporting those living with memory loss

• Develop and oversee a robust monthly life enrichment calendar based on resident preferences and needs.
• Lead, coach, and train team members on Magnolia Trails standards and best practices
• Promote resident safety by ensuring compliance with all safety protocols and community policies

• Collaborate with community leadership to ensure exceptional resident experiences

Position Summary

The Magnolia Trails Director is responsible for leading our Memory Care neighborhood, creating engaging resident programming, supporting families, and developing team members to deliver person-centered care. This role plays a critical part in fostering a safe, vibrant, and supportive environment for residents living with dementia and other cognitive challenges.
