Job summary

Laredocc in Laredo, Texas is looking for a dedicated Server Assistant to support the serving staff at Magnolia Grille. Responsibilities include cleaning, clearing, and setting tables; assisting customers; and running food from the kitchen to dining areas.

Server Assistant

We are searching for a diligent individual to assist and support our serving staff at our premier Magnolia Grille. As a busser, you will be responsible for cleaning, clearing, and setting tables, ensuring that the restaurant supplies and equipment are clean and maintained, and assisting customers with requests or complaints. To ensure success as a busser, you should be highly organized and have a keen eye for detail. A skilled busser should be good with their hands, highly efficient, and be able to provide a great level of customer service. Other responsibilities may also include:

• Assist with running food from kitchen to tables in the Grille or Banquet event
• Assist with pre-setting the dining tables
• Light duty helping with set-up of Banquet events

Position Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in restaurant and dining service
• Food Handler safety certification
• Of legal age to serve alcoholic beverages
• Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission certification
