Henry Ford Health in Detroit seeks a Magnetic Resonance Technologist to perform MRI studies, prepare patients, and position them for imaging. You will set imaging parameters, process images, and contribute to protocol development while adhering to quality control standards.
The role requires ARMRIT/ARRT MRI certification (preferred) with MRI board cert within 12 months if applicable, and a High School Diploma or GED with recommended radiography experience.

Under general supervision, performs magnetic resonance imaging studies using a magnetic resonance imaging device, which includes preparing patients, positioning, setting imaging parameters, and performing computer processing and displaying images. Assists in developing protocol for patient studies. Performs quality control procedures on equipment. E
High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent required.
Must maintain the required hours of continued education.
Two (2) years of experience in Radiography is recommended but not mandatory.
Current certification with the American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologists (ARMRIT), or the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) (MRI) preferred.
