Job Summary

This MRI Tech position is eligible for a sign-on bonus of $1,000. The MR Technologist I will assist physicians in the performance of diagnostic and/or therapeutic procedures by preparing the patient and safely operating the MR equipment to obtain diagnostic scans. Qualifications

• Education: 2-year/Associate Degree preferred; Graduate of ARRT-approved Radiography or MR Program required.
• Experience: Minimum of one year in MR preferred.
• Licensure/Certification:
  • ARRT certification and registration in MR (RT(R)(MR) or RT(MR)) within 6 months of hire.
  • Certified and registered in ARRT RT(R)(MR) within 6 months of hire.
  • Applicable state license required.
  • IV Credentialed required.
• Skills: Knowledge of MRI equipment, analytical skills, basic computer skills, good communication, and ability to interpret patient care needs based on age-specific requirements.
