Eriez is hiring a Machine Assembler at the Wager Road facility to assemble components based on blueprints, verify part quantities, and ensure reliable operation of Eriez equipment. The role involves using hand tools and mechanical equipment, with emphasis on safety and quality in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of general assembly experience, basic welding knowledge with MIG welding, and the ability to read engineering drawings and shop math.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 2+ years general assembly experience.
• Knowledge of welding and MIG welding.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule and arrive on time.
• Experience with powered and manual tools.
• Basic math and technical skills.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and material lists.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components using hand tools, fixtures, and basic machines.
• Verify correct quantities and inspect finished items for quality.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Operate tools including drill presses, torches, and saws as required.
• Learn magnetic assembly and other related duties as directed.
• Operate overhead cranes and rigging as needed.
• Notify supervisor of faulty equipment or parts.
