Qualifications

Responsibilities

Attend and participate in staff/faculty meetings and committees with input on goals and methods.
Evaluate student progress using assessments and reflectively plan lessons.
Maintain classroom order and safety, protecting students and property.
Use diverse instructional strategies to reach all learners and meet objectives.
Counsel students and communicate with parents regarding progress and concerns.
Plan and supervise instructional assistants and volunteers.
Participate in professional development aligned with Magnet Program philosophies.
Plan and lead Magnet events such as information nights and programs.
